Agbiag dagiti Bigueños!!!

The historic town of Vigan was inscribed in the world heritage list in November 1999 because of its outstanding in architecture , urban planning, and landscape design.And Vigan is known for its cobbllestone streets between the old houses and its famous Longganisa.

January 25 marks the calendar of the Bigueños as the feast of Saint Paul the patron saint of Vigan. Within the Vigan City Fiesta ,the Longganisa Festival is also celebrated taking as the center stage featuring "San Pablo kamang ti Ili" as the festival music showing the devotion to our Patron saint,saint Paul.In the 25th of January ,different activities held in this day to entertain not only the Bigueños but also to the tourist visiting the City.To begin the celebration a Gand Parade is conducted by the City Government of Vigan headed by the City Mayor Hon. Eva Marie S. Medina showcases the City's best. And at night a procession held to give thanks to our patron saint.
